DeAnne Martocci, director of the Center for Access and Adaptive Technology, reports that a group of Hudson Valley Community College students participated in a rally Feb. 5 at the New York State Capitol.
Senators and Assembly members also took part in the demonstration aimed at securing increased spending in the state budget for higher education disability services.
